The Thanksgiving HAM!!

Since today is a most relaxing and food fill day, i decided to post :o) and since today was also a food FUN day i want to mention a few foodies.

Today i had Ham. Yep Ham. Not the traditional Turkey. i usually dont have a Turkey, chicken has been the choice of the past. Mostly cause in my family we had Turkey for Thanksgiving and Christmas and TONS of leftovers for months after, so turkey to me has lost the holiday excitement, so i usually get a bit more creative on the holiday dinners. But i must mention my ham glaze this year! and def encourage anyone to try it because it was soo good!!

JANELLE'S HAM GLAZE: it was a combonation of Orange Juice, Cran-Rasberry Juice, 1 can of tomatoes, Cinnamon, Salt. then just every 30 minutes open the oven and spread it on top. Anyways just thought i would share since it was so yummy!

I will also admit that i attempted some white chocolate cupcakes. i followed a recipe but the end result ended up with holes in the cupcakes lol, quite interesting. I'll attempt them later but will definitely tweak.
