Not sure exactly why I named this post Time on the Road, maybe because its been awhile since I wrote or time will tell what hold for the future I have, a bit of both it seems.
Well anyone who knows me well, knows the biggest transitions that are happening in my life right now and they have all been very supportive. Thank you everyone!! Life is more amazing because of sincere friends and family. Since I am now in Arizona job hunting, a lot has happen to report on!!!
Although this may be obvious to most, it was surprising to me - that AZ is hotter than Vegas. I thought it would have been the same. After a week in AZ I was forced to go clothes shopping at Kohls (oh bummer :o) lol to purchase some shorts ( i didn't realize i didn't have any!!!) and some more short sleeves shirts ( a few pairs do not make it through the week!!!) Also a month and a half after my Gall Bladder Surgery I realized that I had lost 10 pounds by watching what I eat!!!! I hope to continue this trend of course, but as of now I seemed to have plateaued, but I'm working on it as much as I can. As far of the list of foods I desired to eat, I have downed a few of them (slowly) minus the pizza ( I can not bring myself to eat all that greasy cheesey yuck!!). But mostly have stayed away from them because it still hurts my side.
So Post Gall Bladder Surgery - update. Well even immediately after the surgery I felt better (besides being all drugged up!!). It took about a week or 2 and color was coming back to my face- it was soo weird!!! I had been pale and in pain for months!!!! It was also wonderful to have my Mom there with me for a week !! and yes she did make some yummy cinanmin rolls for me!!!
Well I don't want to make it too long. Right now I am avidly searching for a job and dealing with other body pains ( just went to a gastroentrologist and had an ER visit a few weeks ago sadly) and I have had my uncle and aunts house to myself for a few days twice already (its been nice and thoughtful). I have been also having fun hanging out and visiting places in the area, so I'll try to post some pictures soon !!

Hey! I totally know what you mean! My gall-bladder tests turned out normal and I had nowhere near the amount of pain it sounds like you had, but I started watching what I ate after some attacks, (like no pizza here either). And I have lost 15 pounds! (not including losing all of my pregnancy pounds!) I feel so much better! It seems like it was a necessary lifestyle change. I hope things go great for you in Arizona. And at least you are in Flagstaff and not Phoenix- it is way hotter there.
sorry, follow-up. I went back through your post and realized you said nothing about flagstaff. I just thought since you used to live in Las Vegas, that when you moved, you moved to the closest AZ town which is flagstaff. me and my assumptions.
